My mission is to support you in deepening levels of awareness of the energetic and physical bodies. To connect intimately to the heart center, and confidently communicate compassionately and freely. Going within to observe and feel experiences through mirroring one’s own energy. To fuse the “goodness” and “chaos” parts of our Selves to empower individuals to view all areas with Unconditional Love, even when it feels unreachable. By tuning into specific modalities that support your physical and energetic makeup, such as breath, vibration, chanting, visualization, energy, meditation, and movement.

My heart’s purpose is to hold space and inspire individuals to explore their personal path of deep transformation, wellbeing, and Love.

The healing connection that I felt with Amanda was profound. Her voice, presence and the space she holds is incredibly special. I first met her in a yoga class where she lovingly guided a restorative flow and soothed us all with her beautiful, angelic voice. Shortly after that she became one of my teachers in my first YTT. She showed up with unwavering devotion. After the training, I did a customized mentionship with her that consisted mainly of restorative yoga, voice and energy sessions. She supported me in innumerable ways on my healing journey and for that I am so thankful! I highly recommend working with Amanda to anyone with a genuine interest in yoga, healing and music. You really can’t help but to accept and love yourself in that space -- and paradoxically, this is where the change/transformation tends to happen. For that reason, I’m so grateful to her and her space-holding ability. She is a true tender - of the heart, spirit, and body. If you are feeling “lost,” wandering, like you can’t decipher fear from intuition, and/or overall like you can’t access the divinity in life, love, or in your body, Amanda is the healer to reach to. She creates a space that truly feels spiritual, but also incorporates anti-oppressive ideology and practice.
